Shipping Information

All orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to make an amendment to your order, please contact us within that time frame. Typically, your order should arrive within 1-4 business days depending on your location. 

Note:  We're not accepting international orders outside of the U.S. at this time - sorry!

Returns & Refund Policy

It rarely happens but.. If your product(s) arrives damaged or defective in any way, you're eligible for a 100% refund or a full product replacement upon documentation of the damage by the Kalon Team.

As a small business, we do not issue refunds solely based on dissatisfaction with product performance. If you're unsure if a product is right for you, please message our team directly, so we can assist you with your purchase.
